What Flukto is

Flukto is a private, free service. It is not run commercially, carries no advertising, sells nothing and processes no payments. There is no VAT identification number, because there is no turnover.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Reports and complaints

Reports about content or behaviour have their way inside the app: every person and every conversation can be reported, and the Flukto Team thread is open to every account.

Both are the same address, and that is not an oversight: behind Flukto there is one person, not a department. A second address would only pretend that there is a second desk.
